Taken on my iPhone this morning.

Sadly, I was away sick from baking lab last Friday, which meant I had no pictures of the lovely Creme Brulees, the Panna cottas and the other beautiful treats we made. However, I did bake two Yule Logs earlier this week (one chocolate and one vanilla), which were received with great delight! ( Yummy Yummy this way... )

I sold this one last week. I'm a little sad - but happy ya know? I was kinda hoping it would stick around longer - since it's it's one of my favorites. But I'm happy for the sale (esp in this economy), does anyone else feel that way when they sell their work?

I hope this lj cut thing works - I'm not real practiced at this yet.

I'm waay too attached to my work. Though I'm glad I have a really good photo of this one. Some of my pics are not really up to snuff for my taste. I may go back and re-take them. Hmm more work for me.
